State College is holding four neighborhood meetings to get residents’ input and answer questions as part of the borough’s process of rewriting its zoning rules.

Penn State is getting a small bump in funding from the state under the budget Gov. Josh Shapiro signed Sunday that includes a small pool of “performance-based” funding.
