The Teamsters Union is making history this week when Local 107 in Philadelphia and Local 71 in Charlotte, N.C. sit down with FedEx to begin negotiating contracts for FedEx Freight members who formed their union with the Teamsters. This is the first time that FedEx has agreed to come to the negotiating table.
