Today marks the 68th Birthday of the Yorkshire Dales National Park 🎉 The National Park was designated in 1954, recognising its extraordinary natural beauty, the diversity of its wildlife habitats, its rich cultural heritage, and its fantastic outdoor recreation opportunities. The Yorkshire Dales is home to some of the best limestone scenery in the country, an iconic landscape of drystone barns and walls, the UK’s largest Dark Sky Reserve, and much of the country’s newest National Trail - the Co
