The video was taken at 9pm and shows workers working in a downpour at that hour when most of us would be safe and dry indoors in the very homes and buildings built by these men. We hope all migrant workers are offered raincoats (not to be confused with black garbage bags) so that they can be dry and not find themselves having to haul brick, cement and iron in soaking wet clothes over slippery surfaces.
